Our base recreational class for any age is a ballet/jazz combo technique class.

For ages 3-4, Tiny Tot 1-2, we focus on this technique in a creative, fun, and stimulating atmosphere, while learning dance steps, terminology, and developing age appropriate motor skills.  It provides physical and verbal opportunities for creating and exploring rhythm and motion while reinforcing and stimulating the developmental patterns of the young child.

At age 5 and up, Mini Movers,  dancers can add tap, tumbling, or both to your training plan.

Ages 7 and up, Properly Petite / Jammin Juniors /Preteen/Teen, can additionally enroll in hip hop.

Adult classes include barre fitness, the latest trend to sculpt long lean dancer muscles of a more mature age, as well as tap.

Ages 6 and up are encouraged to consider joining our prestigious competitive team.
The competitive company trains in every style of dance with a focus on a strong foundation of technique. Company dancers receive training in ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, and musical theater. Additionally they receive extensive flexibility training and specialized classes for pirouettes, leaps, battements, tumbling, conditioning, etc.

Core Curriculum- Ballet & Jazz

Classical ballet is the foundation for all dance forms.  In ballet students will gain grace, poise, & confidence as they strive to perfect classical ballet technique through imagery, repetition, and positive guidance.

Jazz dance is a technique class, which develops rhythm, strength, and coordination while focusing on proper technique for pirouettes, leaps, jumps, and battements as well as exploring rhythm through many different progressions, combinations, and fun upbeat choreography performed to popular music.

Additional dance styles- Contemporary, Hip Hop, Musical Theater, Tumbling
Contemporary is the most emotion based form of dance in which the dancer uses many dance styles and techniques as well as the mind, body, and spirit connection to express the story and emotions of a piece of music.

Hip Hop is a high energy class, which is fun for all! It develops strength, endurance, rhythm, musicality, control, dynamics, posture, and performance all while teaching the latest choreography seen in movies, tv, and music videos. Hip-Hop dance encompasses many of the classical dance styles, but is presented in a street or non-traditional format. Though hip-hop is usually high energy, some classes are now taught to use more isolation techniques.  The goal of this class is to provide a framework of choreography in which each dancer will be able to add their own personal style and attitude.

Musical Theater classes are similar in style to Jazz but typically include broadway music as well as acting incorporated into dance.

Tumbling classes are the same skills you would learn for the floor event in a gymnastics class.  Students will gain strength, flexibility, and agility.  These classes also include plyometrics which are integral in improving a dancer's leaps and jumps.
