Online Plans
The most recent adopted comprehensive plan is the
1997 Master Plan, which encompasses both the current city limits and that part of the annexation reserve south of the Loosahatchie River and east of Austin Peay Highway (see the
map). Copies of the Master Plan are available in the department.
A
Development Policy Plan has been developed for land recently added to the annexation reserve (north of the Loosahatchie River and west of Austin Peay Highway).
The
Germantown Road Corridor Plan updates the 1997 Master Plan for the area in the vicinity of Germantown Road from Highway 64 north through Highway 70.
The
Memphis Metropolitan Area Transportation Plan describes new and improved major streets and other transportation modes proposed to accommodate growth of the area.
