Group Fitness cards are available for purchase for only $35 which provides admission for 8 classes. Single class drop-ins are also available for $5/class.

Bench Aerobics

Bench-style aerobics provides fantastic cardiovascular conditioning for individuals of all fitness levels.  The class includes a 5-minute warm-up followed by 40-45 minutes of bench aerobicswith another 20-25 minutes of toning and body shaping to finish up!  Certified instructors teach all classes.  First class is free!

FORTE: Creating Better Athletes

This is a new athletic development program designed to help aspiring athletes from any sport to maximize their athletic potential by teaching them how to more efficiently and effectively move their body to improve their skill levels, and gain speed, power and athleticism.

Coach Kris uses unique, innovative, and powerful drills designed to quickly teach the basics of human motion while also developing incredible strength and power. The athlete will experience immediate feedback and learn quickly the "right" and "wrong" way of performing basic athletic motion.

Session:      Fridays 
Time:        3:30-4:30pm 
Fee:              Residents - $25/session or $125 for 6 sessions
                      Non-Residents - $30/session or $145 for 6 sessions

Walking in the Gym

The gymnasium is available for walkers Monday through Friday.

This class will teach students to learn to breathe, stretch and relax through this ancient method of gentle physical postures.  Yoga can help you to increase your strength, balance, and flexibility while relieving tension in your body and mind.  First class for yoga and chair yoga is free!

Senior Yoga

Half the class is an easy resistance hand workout geared for seniors.  The other half is gentle stretching, twisting, and bending all done in a chair.  This is a great program for people with limited mobility.

If you are a funner looking for a group to run with or if you want to get into running, the Bartlett Runners may be just what you are looking for.  If you are new to running, our group has plenty of experienced runners that will give you advice about what shoes to wear, proper training, stretching exercises and nutrition.  We can help you meet your goal of running anything from a 5K to a marathon.
