Fitness Assessment - Have you scheduled your appointment?  Are you new to the facility? Take advantage of your opportunity to meet with one of our Personal Trainers to help get you started on the right track toward reaching your health & fitness goals!


Small Group Training - Get Fit Together!  Our Small Group Training Classes are accepting registration for the Spring edition of classes.  Registration deadline is Saturday, March 17th ($10 late fee for any sign-ups after this date).  This class is open to BRC Members ($130) and Non-Members ($170).  For more information on available class days and times please click here


The Fire Workout - This class is a small group training class taught by Rhynia Henry and it is expanding its program to all athletes (soccer, basketball, football, baseball, and runners)!  This program is the perfect supplemental workout for those looking to improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination, and endurance.  Ages 12 to adult are welcome to feel the burn on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:15am this fall and winter, starting Tuesday, August 8th!  [A Wednesday class at 5:30pm is available by appointment only.]  Check out the flyer for more info!


Beginner Run Group (Monday mornings) - This class is lead by RRCA-Certified Running Coach Tonia Jackson. This program is available to both BRC Members ($45) and Non-Members ($55).  Intro meeting on Wednesday, March 14th at 10:30am. Group runs will be held on Mondays at 9:30am, starting Monday, March 19th!  Sign up through the Front Desk - registration deadline is Saturday, March 10.  Check out the flyer for more info!

BRC Run Group (Monday evenings) -
Train for a 5K, Half Marathon, or Marathon!  This class is lead by RRCA-Certified Running Coach Heather Price. This program is available to both BRC Members ($45) and Non-Members ($55).  The intro meeting will be Wednesday, March 21st at 6:00pm and the group runs will be held on Mondays at 6:00pm, starting Monday, March 26th!  Sign up through the Front Desk.  Check out the flyer for more info!

Intermediate Run Group (Tuesday & Thursday) - Sharpen your skills on the pavement and improve your form and decrease your run times. This class is lead by RRCA-Certified Running Coach Tonia Jackson. This program is available to both BRC Members ($55) and Non-Members ($65).  Group runs will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30am, starting Tuesday, March 13th!  Sign up through the Front Desk - registration deadline is Saturday, March 10.  Check out the flyer for more info!
 
Pick up Basketball
 - Do you have game?  Need exercise?  Join us on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for Open Play Full-Court basketball.  

BRC Pot Luck - A chance to gather around a meal and fellowship with other members of the BRC.  Our next Potluck will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 11:30am.  The BRC is providing the entree and the drinks.  Members are asked to bring their favorite appetizer, side or dessert to share!

Breakfast Bunch - Want to join others from the BRC for a dutch-treat breakfast?  Come join us at 9:00am on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for our regular breakfast gatherings.  There will be no Breakfast Bunch in November due to the Thanksgiving holiday - we will meet at Cracker Barrel in Lakeland on Tuesday, April 17, 2018!

Tanning - Did you know that you could tan right here at the BRC? Tanning is available to BRC Members ages 18 and up.

Pickleball - Open Play Pickleball is offered twice weekly.  Check out our Pickleball page for more details!
