Officers responded to a vandalism that occurred at Altruria Park located at 6418 Stage Rd. where the complainant found that unknown suspect(s) spray painted graffiti on the men’s restroom walls and vending machines.
0812190015 THEFT/FRAUD (DEBIT/CREDIT)
Officers responded to a theft/fraud complaint at Brother Industries located at 7777 N. Brother Blvd. where the victim reported on 12/02/08 unknown suspect(s) stole her First Tennessee Debit/Credit card and made several fraudulent transactions on 12/13/08.
0812190016 FRAUD (FORGERY)
Officers responded to a fraud/forgery complaint in the 7500 block of Britney Woods where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) obtained copies of checks drawn on his First Tennessee Bank account and made several fraudulent transactions.
0812190021 ASSAULT (NON-DOMESTIC)
Officers responded to an assault complaint in the 5600 block of Autumn Glen where the complainant reported her daughter was punched and slapped in the face by a known suspect while attending classes at Bartlett High School located at 5688 Woodlawn.
0812190023 CRIMINAL TRESPASS
Officers responded to a trespassing complaint at a closed business located at 7174 Highway 64 where the complainant found three juvenile males walking on the roof. Scene officers issued the juveniles criminal trespass warnings and released them to their parents.
0812190025 CIVIL MATTER
Officers responded to a civil matter complaint at Motor Cycle Madness located at 6838 Highway 70 where the complainant was involved in a dispute over repairs and cost to his ATV. All parties were advised this is a civil matter.
Officers responded to a theft complaint in the 7600 block of Romero Dr. where the complainant reported while showing a house for sale she found wrapping paper and UPS shipping labels for gifts that had been delivered to the victim. The victim who lives next to the house for sale was contacted and at the time of the report could not provide any details of the stolen gifts.
0812190030 THEFT (BUSINESS)
Officers responded to a theft complaint at the Baskin Robin’s located at 5788 Stage Rd. where the complainant alleged a known employee stole money from the store. There were no witnesses and the employee denied stealing.
0812190031 HARASSMENT (ORAL THREAT)
Officers responded to a harassment complaint at Service Experts of Memphis located at 7470 Bartlett Corporate Dr. where the victim/complainant reported a terminated employee has made several threatening phone calls due to his termination.
0812200005 DISTURBANCE (DOMESTIC)
Officers responded to a disturbance at St. Francis Hospital-Bartlett located at 2986 Kate-Bond where the complainant took her daughter to the emergency room for treatment for a dog bite and notified her ex-husband per the custody agreement. The ex-husband arrived at the hospital allegedly smelling of an intoxicant and when the complainant advised her ex-husband she was not going to let him take their daughter home because of this an argument ensued. The ex-husband left with the daughter and scene officers found him to have an active warrant for his arrest. A follow-up was made at the ex-husband’s residence located in the 3700 block of Angel Lace and he was arrested on the warrant.
0812200022 BURGLARY (AUTO)
Officers responded to an auto burglary at Charter Lakeside Hospital located at 2911 Brunswick Rd. where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his unlocked vehicle and stole his car stereo.
0812200025 INTOXICATED PARTY
Officers responded to an intoxicated party in the 3100 block of Court St. where the suspect was found to be intoxicated and under the influence of prescribed medication. Bartlett Fire Department personnel medically cleared the suspect. The suspect’s 10 year old son informed scene officers that he felt unsafe in staying at the residence and was released to his mother to stay at an alternate location.
0812210001 DISTURBANCE (DOMESTIC)
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 6000 block of Grayce Dr. where a husband and wife were involved in an argument while the husband was feeding their 2 year old son. Each alleged the other assaulted them. There were no visible injuries and scene officers could not determined a primary aggressor.
0812210002 ASSAULT (NON-DOMESTIC)
Officers responded to a fight call at the Bartlett Bowling Lanes located at 6276 Stage Rd. where the victim/complainant reported as he was escorting a M/B from the business due to him bringing an alcoholic beverage in when he was assaulted by a group of M/B’s. The victim/complainant pointed out three individuals he believed assaulted him and shortly later recanted advising scene officers he believed the suspects had left the scene.

Officers responded to a theft complaint at the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center located at 3730 Appling Rd. where the victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole a wallet from her purse while she was shopping at the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64.
0812210004 DISTURBANCE (DOMESTIC)
Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 6800 block of Baudette where the victim/complainant alleged her husband assaulted her after an argument. Scene officers did not observe any signs of physical injuries and could not determine a primary aggressor. The victim/complainant voluntarily left the residence with family members.

Officers responded to an auto burglary complaint in the 7900 block of Megwood where the victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) gained entry into two vehicles parked in the driveway and stole hand tools, a purse, and cash.
Officers responded a theft at the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64 where the victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole her Black Berry PDA when she left it on a merchandise shelf as she was shopping.
0812210010 FRAUD (COUNTERFEIT CHECKS)
Officers responded to the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64 where the complainant reported that two known suspects were attempting to cash fraudulent payroll checks drawn on a Memphis area business. Scene officers could not verify the authenticity of the checks on the scene so the suspects were identified and checks taken as evidence.
0812210011 SUICIDE (ATTEMPT)
Officers responded to an attempt suicide call in the 3100 block of Court St. where officers found the victim had self-inflicted wounds and had taken an unknown amount of prescribed medication(s). The victim was transported by the Bartlett Fire Department to an area hospital for treatment.
0812210012 DISTURBANCE (DOMESTIC-JUVENILE)
Officers responded to a disturbance in the 8900 block of Bristol Park Dr. where the complainant reported her son had been disrespectful to her an refused to do his house hold chores. The son was taken to Charter Lakeside Hospital by the complainant.
0812220004 SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE
Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance call in the 6800 block of Tree Bridge Cv. where the complainant reported she received a phone call where the caller asked if he had called the correct residence and when told yes stated “ Ok I’ll call you back”. A short time later the complainant observed a suspicious vehicle in the neighborhood that she did not recognize. Scene officers found a traffic stop had been made in the area of the call and a person identified in case of any future problems in the neighborhood.
