• A permit is required for all Commercial Real Estate signs. The following is required to make a application for permit:
1. A site plan, showing placement of sign and distance from roadway.2. A picture of the sign, with dimensions.3. Name and phone number of responsible party.4. PERMIT MUST BE RENEWED EVERY 6 MONTHS, AS LONG AS SIGN IS UP.
• RESTRICTIONS:
1. Only one sign per property, no matter the size.2. Max. square footage of signage is 20 sq. feet; if sign is two sided, 10 ft. per side is max.3. Max. height of sign is 5 ft., measured from ground to tallest point of sign.4. No banners, pennants or decorative flags can be attached to the sign.

Limits: 15 gallons or 100 pounds per vehicle per month.

Payments by Bank Draft:Bank Drafts are processed on the due date which appears on your monthly water statement. There is no charge to the customer for this service. Credit cards and debit cards are NOT accepted at this time. Bank Draft Authorization form.

By adding $1 or more to your water bill, you can help prevent the termination of a cancer patient's water service or a family's electricity. The Family Assistance Commission oversees and distributes the money donated to the Family Funds program. The Commission's sole purpose is to identify Bartlett individuals and families whose health, safety, and general welfare are clearly in jeopardy and help those in need with finding the best assistance.
