Overview
This department establishes and maintains customer accounts for water, sewer and City garbage services, including monthly billing and payment collections.
The City of Bartlett also provides water service outside the city limits in most of the Annexation Reserve. Memphis Light, Gas, and Water Division provides water service in some parts of the Annexation Reserve. Note: Rates vary according to location within or outside city limits.
Family Funds Donation
In response to the critical needs of the Bartlett citizens, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen established a program to promote neighbors helping neighbors called Family Funds. More
