BENCH AEROBICS
Bench-style aerobics provides fantastic cardiovascular conditioning for individuals of all fitness levels.  The class includes a 5-minute warm-up followed by 40-45 minutes of bench aerobics.  Next, there is 20-25 minutes of toning and body shaping.  Certified instructors teach all classes.  First class is free!

Class Schedule:     Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday, 5:45 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Resident Fee:        $4/Class or $25/8-Punch Card

ZUMBA!!!
Ditch the workout....join the party!  ZUMBA is a Latin inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, which create a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness system!

Schedule:              Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 p.m. - 7;00 p.m.
Resident Fee:        $6 per Class or $40 for an 8-Punch Card
Non-Resident Fee: $6 per Class or $45 for an 8-Punch Card

WALKING IN THE GYM
The gymnasium is available for walkers Monday through Friday starting at 6:45 a.m.

Class Schedule:     Daily at 6:45 a.m.
Fee:                      Resident I.D., $10
                            Non-Resident I.D., $30
                            Sr. I.D. (Ages 55 & Up), 1/2 of the Above Fees

YOGA
This class will teach students to learn to breathe, stretch and relax through this ancient method of gentle physical postures.  Yoga can help you to increase your strength, balance, and flexibility while relieving tension in your body and mind.

Class Schedule:     Thursday, 7:00 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.
                             Saturday, 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Resident Fee:         $5/Class or $35/8-Punch Card
Non-Resident Fee:  $5/Class or $40/8-Punch Card

CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga is 30 minutes of gentle stretching, twisting, and bending, all done in a chair.  This is a great program for people with limited mobility or for people who think yoga is impossible positions and pretzel poses.  Come join us for a gentle workout and relaxation.
