Overview
There are two primary functions encompassed by Planning. One is to administer the various development related ordinances, such as zoning, subdivision and design review and process applications for the various types of development approval. The second is to provide, through the comprehensive planning process and Master Plan Update, a vision of the future growth pattern of Bartlett.
Under Economic Development, technical assistance is given to businesses locating to, operating in, or expanding in Bartlett. In the older commercial district, Bartlett Station, facade improvement grants and tenant incentive grants may be approved by the Bartlett Station Commission.
