In conjunction with the recommendations by the CDC and of the White House, effective Tuesday, March 17th all Parks & Recreational facilities (BRC, Senior Center, & Singleton) will be CLOSED to the public for the health and safety of our staff and citizens. We will continue to monitor the recommendations of local, state, and federal health authorities and will reopen when it is once again deemed safe.
All rentals scheduled during this time will be canceled with a full refund for any deposits and fees that have been paid to date. Renters may also choose to transfer their rental to a later date at no additional charge.

All participants who take advantage of the Open Play in the gym must have a current ID card or purchase a day pass for $5. ID cards are valid for one-year from the date of purchase. Bartlett Residents pay $25 and Non-Residents pay $40 for the ID. If an ID is lost/stolen a $5 replacement fee will be charged.
Proof of Residency
Individuals through the age of 17 years must be accompanied by their Parents/Guardians to purchase an ID card. Those wishing to purchase in ID card for themselves or their child must provide a valid photo ID (TN Driver's License or identification with your current address) to verify residency.
• Non-marking gym shoes will be worn at all times.
• No profanity. We have ZERO tolerance for foul language and inappropriate behavior.
• Singleton Community Center (SCC) is a substance-free facility and will have ZERO tolerance for the presence and/or abuse of alcohol, tobacco (including vaping devices/e-cigarettes), and/or drugs. Individuals shall not be permitted to use SCC while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Reservations for court time must be phoned in on Fridays after 1:00 p.m. for the following week. Bartlett Parks and Recreation teams may reserve the basketball courts for free during BPRD basketball season. All other teams must rent court time.
Open Gym - Basketball
The gym will be available to the public for Open Play on "Side A" most afternoons unless a scheduled class, sports league or activity is in the gym. Bartlett Parks & Recreation activities will take precedence over Open Play.
Open Gym - Pickleball
Open Play for Pickleball is available to the public most days of the week unless a scheduled class, sports league or activity is in the gym. Bartlett Parks & Recreation activities will take precedence over Open Play.
With the current coronavirus pandemic ongoing Singleton will continue to thoroughly clean and disinfect the gym. The City reserves the right to shut the gym down at anytime if they feel it is in the best welfare of the public. Thank you for your understanding and patience with this during this time.
