Bench-style aerobics provides fantastic cardiovascular conditioning for individuals of all fitness levels. The class includes a 5-minute warm-up followed by 40-45 minutes of bench aerobics with another 20-25 minutes of toning and body shaping to finish up!

Mom & Baby Yoga
This class is a great way to bond with your baby through gentle yoga movements while building a support group with other moms. Recommended that children are 2 and under for this class

Senior / Chair Yoga
Half the class is an easy resistance hand workout geared for seniors. The other half is gentle stretching, twisting, and bending all done in a chair. This is a great program for people with limited mobility.

If you are a funner looking for a group to run with or if you want to get into running, the Bartlett Runners may be just what you are looking for. If you are new to running, our group has plenty of experienced runners that will give you advice about what shoes to wear, proper training, stretching exercises and nutrition. We can help you meet your goal of running anything from a 5K to a marathon.
