Bench Aerobics

Bench-style aerobics provides fantastic cardiovascular conditioning for individuals of all fitness levels. The class includes a 5-minute warm-up followed by 40 to 45 minutes of bench aerobics with another 20 to 25 minutes of toning and body shaping to finish up!

Zumba

Ditch the workout......join the party! Our Latin-inspired, dance fitness class creates a dynamic, exciting, FUN and effective fitness class!

Yoga

This class will teach students to learn to breathe, stretch and relax through this ancient method of gentle physical postures. Yoga can help you to increase your strength, balance, and flexibility while relieving tension in your body and mind.

All Levels Yoga

This introductory class to yoga will help you break into the yoga work with various breathing, stretching and relaxing exercises.

Toddler & Mom Yoga

This class is a great way to bond with your toddler through gentle yoga movements while building a support group with other moms. The class meets in the Auditorium to provide enough space for social distancing and so the little ones can run around.

Senior / Chair Yoga

Half the class is an easy resistance hand workout geared for seniors. The other half is gentle stretching, twisting, and bending all done in a chair. This is a great program for people with limited mobility.

Bartlett Runners

If you are a runner looking for a group to run with or if you want to get into running, the Bartlett Runners may be just what you are looking for. If you are new to running, our group has plenty of experienced runners that will give you advice about what shoes to wear, proper training, stretching exercises, and nutrition. We can help you meet your goal of running anything from a 5K to a marathon.
