On May 18, 2019, join the 1-million + people at hundreds of national, state, and local parks, and public lands across the country taking part in the 9th annual National Kids to Parks Day (KTP Day). KTP Day is a nationally coordinated day designed to connect kids and families with their local, state, and national parks. Each year, on the third Saturday of May, National Park Trust, working with cities and partners across the country, invites kids of all ages to find their own adventure at one of the hundreds of events hosted nation wide.
The Bartlett Parks & Recreation Department (BPRD) will be participating in this year's KTP Day by holding a family-friendly morning of fun, games and activities at W. J. Freeman Park. There will be active group games, inflatables and crafts as well as firetrucks, K-9 Demonstration, and even story time with the Bartlett Library. All of this is provided at no charge!
**In the event of inclement weather this event will be cancelled.**
