Small-Group Training - Get Fit Together! Enjoy the benefits of a personal trainer with a group of your peers! Our Small Group Training Class for the Fall is going on now. Check back here for registration for the next session coming up soon!
The Fire Workout - This class is a small group training class taught by Rhynia Henry and it is expanding its program to all athletes (soccer, basketball, football, baseball, and runners)! This program is the perfect supplemental workout for those looking to improve overall strength, flexibility, balance, core strength, coordination, and endurance. Ages 12 to adult are welcome to feel the burn on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:15am. Check out the flyer (PDF) for more info!
Pick up Basketball - Do you have game? Need exercise? Join us on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for Open Play Full-Court basketball (PDF).
BRC Pot Luck - A chance to gather around a meal and fellowship with other members of the BRC. Our next Potluck will be held on Thursday, November 14th. The BRC is providing the entree and the drinks. Members are asked to bring their favorite appetizer, side or dessert to share!
Breakfast Bunch - Want to join others from the BRC for a dutch-treat breakfast? Come join us at 9:00 am on the 3rd Tuesday of the month for our regular breakfast (PDF) gatherings. We will meet at Cracker Barrel at Shelby Oaks on Tuesday November 19th!
Tanning - Did you know that you could tan right here at the BRC? Tanning (PDF) is available to BRC Members ages 18 and up.
