0812050007 Criminal Attempt (Burglary)
Officers responded to the Quail Ridge Apartments located at 6344 Quail Meadow Cv. where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into the fitness room breaking a door handle. Officers located an Autozone reward card that apparently was used in an attempt to pry the lock.

Officers responded to Rivercrest Elementary located at 4825 Rivercrest where the complainant reported a student found a small bag of marijuana on the school bus.

Officers responded to the 3100 block of Court St. where the complainant reported an unknown male has been calling her and panting in the phone.

0812050010 Burglary (Aggravated)
Officers responded to an aggravated burglary in the 5000 block of Winberry where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) forced entry through his front door and stole a Panasonic 52” T.V. and a wood end table.

0812050012 Burglary (Aggravated)
Officers responded to an aggravated burglary in the 9100 block of Anderton Springs where a witness observed 2 M/B’s leaving the residence. Officers found a door in the garage open and that the suspects had gained entry through breaking out the rear patio door. The victim reported a 42” Samsung plasma T.V., jewelry, a Sony playstation 2 & 3, a Nintindo DS, and 125 DVD’s and games were stolen.

Officers responded to an assault complaint in the 6100 block of Ainsworth where the complainant reported her juvenile son was assaulted by a fellow student at the Lakeside Alternative School located at 2911 Brunswick Rd.

Officers responded to a theft complaint in the 7600 block of Shadow Glen where the victim reported unknown suspect(s) stole TN license plate 275-FLR from hi s’99 Isuzu Rodeo. The plate was entered as stolen in NCIC.

Officers responded to the 6100 block of Bartlett View LN where the victim reported unknown suspect(s) stole his ’98 Honda Accord bearing TN 201SYH. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen under NIC #V992328519.

Officers responded to a auto burglary at the Learning Tree located at 2780 Summer Oaks where the victim reported at approximately 1745hrs she was picking up her child, left the door unlocked to her vehicle and her purse was stolen by unknown suspect(s).

Officers responded to a civil matter in the 5000 block of Stembridge where the complainant reported that his ex-wife failed to produce their child for his court ordered visitation.

Officers responded to the Kroger located at 7615 Highway 70 where the victim reported she left her vehicle door unlocked and unknown suspect(s) stole her purse.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 6800 block of Dawn Hill where the complainant alleges she was assaulted by her live in boyfriend who left the scene prior to officers arrival.

0812060005 Harassment (Oral Threat)
Officers responded the 7200 block of Devine where the complainant alleges a known suspect has made threatening phone calls to him. It is alleged the suspect is a convicted felon and routinely carries a firearm.

Officers responded to the 3100 block of Valley Lake where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole TN license plate 476STW from her ’06 Chevy Tahoe. The stolen license plate was entered as stolen into NCIC.

Offices responded to the Little Caesar’s located at 5985 Stage Rd. #5 where management reported an unknown caller made numerous harassing phone calls to the business.

Officers responded to the 3800 block of Melanie June where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) vandalized Christmas decorations in his yard.

Officers responded to Tennessee Window Tint located at 6496 Highway 70 #105 where unknown suspect(s) broke out a front plate glass window and stole petty cash from a register.

Officers responded to the 3900 block of Wood Hollow Cv. where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) egged her vehicle parked at the residence.

Officers responded to Wolfchase Honda located at 2982 N. Germantown Rd. where management reported several unlocked Honda Accords were burglarized by unknown suspect(s) and the air bags stolen.

0812080010 General Investigation
Officers responded to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center located at 3730 Appling where the complainant reported he was fired at the beginning of October 2008 from the Sears Federal Credit Union located at 2865 Summer Oaks and alleges he was not allowed to collect his belongings from his desk until mid to late October and that $4500 cash was stolen when his belongings were finally returned.

Officers responded to the 6600 block of E. Thriveaway Cv. where the complainant reported she received a threatening phone call from a known suspect who told her she was going to shoot her in the head. The complainant advised that the suspect believes she is sleeping with her husband.

Officers responded to 3730 Appling where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) made several fraudulent charges via his 1st South Credit Union Debit/Credit card.

Officers responded to 7605 Robinson Cv. where the complainant reported that his granddaughter was being threatened by her ex-boyfriend.

Officers responded to the 5800 block of Stage Rd. where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole a Tennessee license plate LM001 which was entered into NCIC under NIC#P5439424.

0812090013 Assault (Domestic)
Officers responded to St. Francis Hospital located at 2986 Kate-Bond where hospital staff reported that a patient was allegedly assaulted by her boyfriend. Officers did not observe any physical injuries on the scene and the boyfriend left prior to officers arrival.

Officers responded to 3730 Appling Rd. where the complainant alleges his ex-girlfriends father threatened to shoot him after he arrived at the ex-girlfriends Wolfchase Farms residence to retrieve belongings.

Officers responded to the 5900 block of Cedar Oak Cv. where the complainant reported a M/B that she did not know approached her as she was getting out of her vehicle and told her “You need to sit back down in your car”. The complainant went to get her father and the M/B then told her “I thought I knew you” and left in a vehicle that the complainant could not describe.

Officers responded to the 4700 block of Shadowick where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole her Tennessee license plate 737-LXF from her ’02 Chevy Avalanche. The plate was either stolen while the vehicle was parked at the Kroger located at 7615 Highway 70 or her residence. The license plate was entered stolen into NCIC.

Officers responded to an aggravated burglary in the 3400 block of Wolf Shadow where the victim found that unknown suspect(s) broke in the residence by kicking the rear door and stealing electronics.

Officers responded to the 5700 block of North St. where the complainant reported that unknown suspect(s) stole a Poulan Pro push mower from an unlocked storage shed in his backyard. The mower was entered stolen in NCIC.

0812110003 Vandalism (Vehicle)
Officers responded to the 9000 block of Pembroke-Ellis where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) broke out a window of his vehicle. The suspect(s) did not gain entry due to the window tint holding the shattered glass in place.

Officers responded to the 4700 block of Molsonwood where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his ’95 Chevy pick up truck and stole stereo equipment.

Officers responded to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center located at 3730 Appling where the complainant reported that an unknown suspect used his personal identifying information when stopped for a traffic violation by the Bartlett Police Department on 07/06/08. The complainant requested a report to obtain a new driver license number.

Officers responded to 6220 Stage Rd. the location of a restaurant formerly known as the “Memphis Smokehouse” where the complainant reported that the former business owners stole approximately $90,100 worth of equipment from the building after going out of business.

Officers responded to the 4500 block of Westbrook where the complainant found that unknown suspect(s) disabled the phone line, forced entry through a rear door, and stole home electronics, jewelry, and firearms.

0812110011 Animal Complaint (Injured Animal)
Officers responded to the Hillcrest Animal Hospital located at 6207 Stage Rd. where Animal Control Officers reported that a German Shepherd was found in the area of Abeilia Hill Cv. that had been shot in the face. The investigation revealed the dog’s owner was cleaning a firearm that accidently fired hitting his dog who ran off.

Officers responded to the 8400 block of Ellis Rd. where the complainant reported that a known suspect drove through the front yard damaging it.


0812120001 Welfare Check
Officers responded to the Suburban Lodge room #114 located at 7380 Highway 64 due to information received from a concerned citizen that three young children were being left alone for long periods of time by their mother. Officers found the children were in good condition, there was clothing and food present and that the children’s parents are currently unemployed and living at the hotel. Both parents advised that the children are never left alone and unsupervised by them.

Officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 6500 block of Highway 70 where officers found that a son and his father were involved in a argument where the father took the license plate off of his son’s vehicle, deflated the tires, and challenged him to a fight. Officers determined no physical assault took place and the son went to stay with an older sibling.
