0812260008 Stolen Vehicle (Recovered-Foreign)

Officers responded to the 9000 block of Hillman Way where the complainant reported that a stolen ’06 Nissan Maxima out of Knox Co. TN was located at the residence.  Scene officer’s recovered the stolen vehicle, interviewed several parties on the scene and identified two known suspects who were not on the scene.  The vehicle was towed to a local wrecker storage lot, removed from NCIC, and the victim notified.

 

0812260009 Theft (Expiration Sticker)

Officers responded to the 6500 block of Woodpark where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole an expiration/validation sticker from her TN license plate 846-LWG.

 

0812260012 Harassment (Oral Threat)

Officers responded to a harassment complaint in the 2900 block of Bartlett Heights Cv. where the complainant reported he has been receiving threatening phone calls from his girlfriends ex-husband.

 

0812260013 Disturbance (Domestic)

Officers responded to a domestic assault complaint in the 9000 block of Hillman way where the complainant alleged he was assaulted in the front yard by the suspect after an argument.  A witness for the complainant advised officers that he witnessed the assault.  The suspect advised officers that she was not at the residence at the time of the alleged assault and she produced a witness to verify this. 

 

0812260016 Theft (Purse)

Officers responded to a theft complaint in the 6600 block of Old Brownsville where the victim/complainant reported she believes a known suspect stole her purse that contained personal documents and cash.

 

0812260022 Civil Matter

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 4100 block of Mimosa Hill where the complainant advised she and her landlord became involved in a dispute over the payment of utilities where she alleged the landlord threatened to kill her and her children.  The landlord advised scene officers that the complainant will no longer be staying at the Mimosa Hill residence.

 

0812260028 Reckless Driving

Officers responded to the 5600 block of Ferguson where the complainant reported a Chevy truck was driving recklessly in the parking lot where the drive intentionally hit a portable restroom damaging it.

 

0812270004 Criminal Trespass (Warning)

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 3700 block of E. Russell Hurst where the complainant advised that a known suspect has been living at his residence since November 2008 and refused to leave.  Scene officers advised and issued the suspect a criminal trespass warning and escorted him off of the property.

 

0812270008 Vandalism (Mail Box)

Officers responded to a vandalism complaint in the 8200 block of Old Brownsville Rd. where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) struck his mail box with a vehicle.

 

0812270009 Civil Matter

Officers responded to a theft complaint in the 3100 block of Court St. where the complainant alleged his live-in girlfriend stole some household appliances.  Scene officers found through investigation that this is a civil matter between the parties and the complainant was advised.

 

0812270010 Harassment (Court Order Violation)

Officers responded to a harassment complaint in the 7800 block of Farm Hill Cv. where the complainant alleges that a known suspect has been attempting to contact her in violation of a court order due to a domestic violence arrest.

 

0812270014 Disturbance (Domestic)

Officers responded to a disturbance in the 4300 block of Luther where the complainant alleged she arrived at a family member’s house, got into an argument with her sister who allegedly pushed her down.  The parties involved advised this is an on going problem between the family members.  Scene officers could not determine a primary aggressor.

 

0812270015 Fraud (Counterfeiting)

Officers responded to a fraud complaint at Pizza Hut Deliveries located at 2919 Elmore Park where the store manager reported that one of three of his driver’s was paid with a counterfeit $5 bill on one of his deliveries.  The counterfeit bill was confiscated and the information was forwarded to the United States Secret Service.

 

0812270018 Theft (Purse)

Officers responded to a theft complaint in the 5700 block of Stage Rd. where the victims/complainants reported they believe their purses were stolen by a known suspect.  Both purses contained personal documents and cash.

 

0812270020 Theft (Purse)

Officers responded to a theft of a wallet at the Panda Buffet located at 6600 Stage Rd. where the victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole her wallet out of her purse.

 

0812270022 Burglary (Aggravated)

Officers responded to a tip regarding an aggravated burglary in the area of the 4700 block of Dylan Valley and found unknown suspect(s) had kicked in the front door.  Unknown what if anything was stolen due to the house being for sale and the owner living out of state.

 

0812280004 Vandalism (Commercial)

Officers responded to a vandalism complaint at the Calvary Baptist Church located at 6252 Memphis-Arlington where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) have been breaking out windows for the past week.  The complainant believes it may be juveniles that live in the area.

 

0812280005 Burglary (Attempt-Aggravated)

Officers responded to an attempted aggravated burglary in the 5600 block of Elmore Rd. where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) attempted to burglarize her residence by damaging a dead bolt lock on her front door.

 

0812280014 Vandalism (Structure)

Officers responded to a vandalism complaint in the 4100 block of Brookhill where the complainant reported unknown persons damaged some fencing at her residence.

 

0812290005 Burglary (Auto)

Officers responded to a auto burglary complaint at the Sunrise car dealership located at 8500 Highway 64 where the complainant reported he found a vehicle on the lot had been burglarized on Sunday 12/28/08 where unknown suspect(s) stole the car stereo and related equipment.

 

0812290009 Malicious Mischief

Officers responded to a malicious mischief complaint in the 4400 block of Griffin Stone where the complainant advised unknown suspect(s) threw eggs at the rear door of the residence.  The scene officer observed no damage to the residence.

 

0812290017 Fraud (Identity Theft)

Officers responded to a fraud/identity theft complaint in the 9200 block of Ina Cv. where the victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) have opened several fraudulent credit card accounts.

 

0812290020 Property Damage (Vehicle)

Officers responded to a property damage complaint in the 5700 block of Magnolia Woods where the complainant reported unknown person(s) struck and damaged her vehicle while it was parked in the Subway Sandwich Shop lot located at 2815 Bartlett Blvd.  There were no witnesses or suspect vehicle information.

 

0812290031 Criminal Trespass (Warning)

Officers responded to a criminal trespass complaint in the 8300 block of Bon-Lin where the complainant had terminated two health care employees and had scene officers issue them criminal trespass warnings.

 

0812290027 Fraud (Debit/Credit)

Officers responded to a fraud complaint in the 7900 block of Windersville where the complainant reported unknown suspect(s) have gained access to her Memphis Area Teachers Credit Union Debit/Credit card account number and made fraudulent transactions.

 

0812290030 Theft (Services)

Officers responded to a theft of services complaint at the Panda Buffet located at 6600 Stage Rd. where the complainant reported two F/W’s ate at the restaurant and left without paying.  The complainant obtained a license plate number of the vehicle the F/W’s left the scene in.

 

0812290036 Theft (Auto)

Officers responded to an auto theft in the 6600 block of Summer Knoll Cr. where the victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole her vehicle.  The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.

Officers responded to a theft of services complaint at St. John’s Community Services located at 7891 Stage Hills where the complainant reported a known suspect had control over cash, checks, and gift cards to be used for patients under the care of the business and did not use them for authorized purposes.

 

0812290039 Missing Person (Juvenile)

Officers responded to a missing person complaint in the 8500 block of Spotted Fawn where the complainant reported she found that her juvenile daughter was having men in the house while the complainant was at work, both argued, and the daughter ran away.  The daughter was listed in NCIC as a runaway juvenile.
