090413-0001 Malicious Mischief
Officers on patrol in the area of Stembridge observed that unknown suspect(s) had rolled the yard with toilet paper and wrote on several vehicles with some type of maker. Home owner advised that he believes friends or acquaintances of his juvenile daughter are responsible.

090413-0003 Traffic (DUI) Officers responded to a one vehicle crash at Bartlett Blvd & Ivanhoe and found that a subject had struck a utility pole. Officers’ investigation revealed that she had been operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant.

090413-0002 Robbery (Aggravated)Officers responded to an armed robbery at the CK’s Coffee shop located at 6815 Stage Rd where store management reported a M/B entered the store, produced a small pistol, and robbed the clerk of the store’s money. No one was injured.

Officers responded to an armed robbery at the Dixie Café located at 2861 Bartlett Blvd store management reported a M/B entered the store, produced a small pistol, and robbed the clerk of the store’s money. No one was injured.

090413-0013 Civil Matter
Officers responded to a civil matter at the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center located at 3730 Appling were complainant’s ex-wife has been receiving and opening his mail that is still being sent to his old residence. He also alleges she has received and withheld tax information mailed to the address in his and his mother’s name. He has also filed a complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector’s Office.

090413-0014 Fraud (Counterfeit Currency)
Officers responded to a fraud/counterfeit currency complaint at the McDonalds located at 8062 Highway 64 where store management reported a M/B attempted to pay for a food order with a counterfeit $20 bill. The M/B left the business in a Ford Taurus bearing TN license plate 106-VTP or 106-BTP.

090413-0017 Missing Person (Juvenile)
Officers responded to a runaway complainant who reported his juvenile child ran away after having an argument with him. The juvenile made contact with the parents and advised he is at a friends house but would not disclose the location. The juvenile has been entered into NCIC as a runaway.

Officers on patrol stopped a suspect for a traffic violation at Yale Rd & Oak Rd and found her license to be suspended.

Officers on patrol stopped a suspect for a traffic violation at Stage Rd & Whitten Rd and found his driver’s license to be suspended.

090413-0019 Property (Found)
Officers responded to a found property complaint at the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center where complainant turned in a debit/credit card he found on the El Patron parking lot located at 5811 Stage Rd. The owner was contacted and the card returned.

090413-0023 Traffic
Officers on patrols stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Stage Rd & Bartlett Rd and found her driver’s license to be suspended.

090413-0025 Burglary (Aggravated)
Officers responded to an aggravated burglary complaint on Lichen where victim/complainant reported a F/W described as being 5’6”-5’7”, 135lbs, between the ages of 35-42, having sandy blonde hair wearing a gray/brown hooded jacket steal tools and lawn equipment from his garage. They reported the F/W left the scene in a 2007-2009 Chevy Z-71 extended cab pick up truck with no license plate information.

090413-0020 Theft (Shoplifting)
Officers responded to a theft/shoplifting complaint at the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64 where loss prevention officers apprehended two juveniles for concealing $145.38 worth of electronics passing all points of sale without paying. The two juveniles were issued summons and released to their parents.

090413-0028 Assault (Domestic)
Officers responded to a domestic assault complaint where victim/complainant reported she arrived home and found her daughter to be intoxicated and damaging property in the house. She assaulted her mother by striking her in the head. Officers found her to have minor injuries on her face. Officers have answered numerous domestic disturbance calls at this address. Suspect was placed into custody and continually berated officers with profanities. Suspect was transported to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center on domestic assault.

090413-0029 Civil Matter
Officers responded to a civil matter on Star Valley where complainant reported he believes his estranged wife has taken his mother’s 1099r and W2 tax forms and he is afraid she will attempt to file taxes with this information. He has made a complaint to the IRS.

090413-0030 Disturbance
Officers responded to a disturbance on Baudette Ln where complainant reported that his brother threatened to kill him with knife but never directly threatened him with one. Suspect was taken into protective custody and transported to the Regional Medical Center for an evaluation.

090413-0035 Traffic
Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Old Brownsville Rd & Ellendale and found her driver’s license to be suspended.

090413-0034 Traffic (DUI) Officers on patrol stopped subject for a traffic violation and found him to be highly intoxicated. He was placed into custody and transported to the Regional Medical Center for detoxification.

090414-0004 Traffic
Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Highway 70 & Yale Rd and found his driver’s license to be suspended.

090414-0007 Burglary (Aggravated)
Officers responded to an aggravated burglary in progress on Montpelier where victim/complainant reported he received an email from a digital camera he had concealed in a room in his residence that is motion activated. He identified the suspect whom he had hired to complete odd jobs at the residence. He reported that several items in his residence have been stolen over the last two months (February 2009-April 2009) to include money, jewelry, and digital cameras. Detectives located suspect at his residence and placed him in custody. Detectives recovered the stolen money at this residence

Officers responded to a harassment complaint at the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center located at 3730 Appling Rd where victim/complainant reported she has received several threatening text messages from suspect.

090414-0011 Harassment (Threatening/Excessive calls)
Officers responded to a harassment complaint at the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center where victim/complainants who reside on Hillman Way reported both have received excessive and threatening phone calls from suspect and his daughter. .

090414-0012 Criminal Trespass
Officers responded to a criminal trespassing complaint at the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64 where store management had officers issue a subject, whom is believed to be homeless, a criminal trespass warning. Officers escorted her off of Wal-Mart property per management’s request.

090414-0013 Assault (Domestic)
Officers responded to a domestic assault complaint at Motor Cycle Madness located at 6838 Highway 70 where complainant alleges that his father assaulted him at their residence located on Highway 70.

Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Stage Rd & Altruria and found her driver’s license to be suspended.

Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Stage Rd & Mercury and found her driver’s license to be suspended.

090414-0022 Fraud
Officers responded to a fraud complaint at the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center where complainant reported unknown suspect(s) opened a fraudulent Sprint cell phone account in her name in June 2006.

Officers responded to a harassing phone call complaint on Alfaree where complainant reported unknown suspect(s) called and threatened him.

Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Highway 70 & Kirby-Whitten and found his driver’s license to be suspended.

090414-0025 Traffic
Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Kirby-Whitten & Stage and found her driver’s license to be suspended.

090414-0026 Burglary (Aggravated)
Officers responded to an aggravated burglary complaint on Keats where victim/complainant reported a trailer he was storing at the residence was stolen along with hand tools stored in a shed on the property. Officers spoke with a witness who advised she spoke with two M/W who she observed on the Keats property who advised her they had permission from the home owner to be there and take what ever they needed. One of the M/W’s is described as being tall and having a large build and the other having a thin build. She advised both M/W’s were driving a new model crème color full size pick up truck.

Officers responded to a fraud complaint on Cascade Hill where victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) obtained his First Tennessee banking account information and made a fraudulent charge via the internet through “cosmeticmall.com”.

090415-0009 Traffic
Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Elmore Park & Elmore Rd and found her driver’s license to be suspended.

090415-0010 Disturbance
Officers responded to a disturbance at Elmore Park Middle School located at 6330 Althorne regarding a student who was creating a disturbance while serving a in school suspension by disobeying principal’s instructions, throwing his books, and using his cell phone which interrupted the educational process. The student was issued a juvenile summons and released to his/her mother.

Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Bartlett Blvd & Venson and found her driver’s license to be suspended.

090415-0020 Disturbance
Officers responded to a disturbance on Montpelier where complainant reported a subject was destroying property and damaging his vehicle. He advised officers that he wanted to cause harm to his mother and others who have “done him wrong”. Officers placed him into custody and transported him to the Regional Medical Center for a psychiatric evaluation.

Officers responded to a complaint of property damage at the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64 where complainant reported unknown person(s) struck her vehicle causing minor damage.

090415-0018 Harassment
Officers responded to a harassment/oral threat complaint on Misty River where complainant reported unknown suspect(s) have called her threatening to “get her”.

090415-0021 Disturbance
Officers responded to a disturbance/aggravated assault on Galaxie and found a subject along with her juvenile daughter assaulted a female juvenile over dating relationships with a male and text messages. Officers called the Bartlett Fire Department who examined the female juvenile victim and believed she may have suffered a broken cheek bone or eye socket while being assaulted. Suspect was placed into custody and transported to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center and her daughter was transported to Juvenile Court.
