Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Highway 70 & Memphis-Arlington and found his drivers license to be suspended.

 

090504-0003 Fraud

Officers responded to a fraud complaint on Drew Valley Cove where victim/complainant reported a fraudulent electronic check transaction was made against his First Tennessee Bank account by a company doing business as Adolfo Marketing.

Officers stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Bartlett Blvd & Venson and found his drivers license to be suspended.

 

090504-0009 Theft (Shoplifting)

Officers responded to a theft/holding a prisoner call at the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64 where loss prevention officers observed a subject conceal merchandise on her person and pass all points of sale without paying.

Officers on patrol stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Germantown & Craven and found his drivers license to be suspended.

Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance complaint at the Dixie Café located at 2861 Bartlett Blvd where several citizens directed officers to a vehicle parked on the lot and found a subject and his juvenile girlfriend engaged in a sex act.  Bond was issued a misdemeanor citation for indecent exposure and possession of marijuana and released on the scene.  The female juvenile was issued a juvenile summons for indecent exposure and marijuana possession and released to a parent/guardian on the scene.

Officers responded to a fraud complaint on Meadowlark where victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) made several fraudulent charges against his paypal account via the internet.

Officers stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Stage Rd & Bartlett Blvd and found his drivers license to be suspended.

Officers responded to a reckless driving complaint on Rockbridge Rd where complainant reported he became involved in a confrontation with a neighbor over the neighbor’s son driving recklessly in the neighborhood.  The complaint was sent to the Traffic Division.

Officers responded to a harassment complaint on Ripplechase where subject reported she received threatening messages. 

 

090505-0009 Juvenile Complaint

Officers on patrol in the area of Blenheim & Darolyn observed a male juvenile walking in the area with the prior knowledge that he was currently under the supervision of Juvenile Court and under house arrest.  Officers spoke with the juveniles mother and found him to be in possession of tobacco products.  The juvenile was placed into custody and transported to Juvenile Court.

Officers responded to a theft complaint on Fiske Valley Dr where complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole an A/C unit from the address.

 

090505-0021 Traffic

Officers stopped a subject for displaying an altered (photo copied) temporary registration at Bartlett Blvd & Bartlett Rd.  He was placed into custody and transported to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center for altering/falsifying/forging registration/title.

 

090505-0022 Theft (Shoplifting)

Officers responded to a theft/shoplifting complaint at 5510 Stage Rd where store management reported an unknown Hispanic suspect entered the store and stole an 18 pack of beer leaving in what was described as a blue Toyota sports car with TN license plate 802-XOV.

Officers responded to an aggravated burglary complaint on Barrycrest where victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) broke into the residence and stole several items of personal property.

Officers responded to a fight victim being treated at St. Francis Hospital located at 2942 Kate Bond where Memphis Youth Villages staff reported a male resident was assaulted by another male resident and sustained minor facial injuries and a human bite to his ear.  Both male parties allege the other started the fight.

Officers stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Stage Rd & Shelby and found his drivers license to be suspended.

Officers responded to an assault complaint on Cohay where victim/complainant reported he and a neighbor, became involved in a dispute over leaves being blown into his yard.

Officers responded to a theft complaint at the Schnucks store located at 2942 Kirby-Whitten where victim/complainant reported he witnessed a slender M/W steal lawn equipment from a trailer attached to his vehicle parked in the lot.

Howell yelled at the M/W who fled the scene in what was described as a blue vehicle bearing TN 434-YVC or 343-YVC,

Officers in the parking lot of the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center located at 3730 Appling Rd found a ladies ring on the ground next to a police car.  The ring was placed into property/evidence.

Officers responded to a theft/fraud complaint at the National College of Business & Technology located at 5756 Stage Rd where victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole her Capitol One credit card and made several fraudulent charges.

 

090506-0016 Theft (Shoplifting)

Officers responded to a theft/shoplifting complaint at the Walgreens located at 6697 Stage Rd where store management reported a F/B stole merchandise from the store and left in a beige compact four door sedan with temporary registration.  Officers stopped the vehicle at Highway 70 & Yale Rd. She was placed into custody and transported to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center where it was found she had a glass pipe with a white residue consistent with cocaine use.

Officers stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Stage Rd & McCulley.  With the assistance of a police K9 a small amount of marijuana was located in the vehicle.

Officers responded to a theft/holding prisoner call at the Wal-Mart located at 8400 Highway 64 where loss prevention officers witnessed subject steal store merchandise passing all points of sale without paying.

Officers responded to a theft complaint at Serra Chevrolet located 7850 Highway 64 where management reported that unknown suspect(s) stole two Tennessee temporary license plates, registration #’s T-847524 & T-847525.

Officers responded to a domestic assault in progress at the Hollywood Cinema located at 6711 Stage Rd where victim/complainant reported she was assaulted by her boyfriend.  Scene officers found him to be the primary aggressor in a domestic assault, placed into custody, and transported to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center.

Officers responded to a domestic assault complaint on Fairhill where victim/complainant reported during an argument her husband, he punched her in the face.

Officers responded to a theft complaint at the Malco Cinema located at 7930 Highway 64 where victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) stole TN license plate 668-SVZ from his vehicle.  The license plate was entered into NCIC.

Officers responded to a fraud complaint on Winding Wind Cove where victim/complainant reported unknown suspect(s) obtained and used his Regions Bank debit/credit card account in several fraudulent transactions.

Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle at the Shell Station located at 8140 Highway 64 and found a subject passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle.  Officers found her to have in physical control of a motor-vehicle while under the influence of an intoxicant and to not have proof of compliance with the financial responsibility law.  She was transported to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center and refused to submit to a BAC test.
