090615-0007 Theft of Property O/500

Officer responded to 3020 Germantown at Homer Skelton Hyundai in regards to a theft. Complainant advised that someone stole all four tires from a vehicle that was parked on the lot. The estimated cost of the tires is $2,000.00.

 

090615-0016 Harassment

Officer responded in regards to a harassment complaint. Complainant advised that his juvenile daughter is being harassed by her ex-boyfriend who is also a juvenile. Their home has been egged and various other forms of harassment have taken place.

 

090615-0017 Fraud

Officer responded in regards to a fraud complaint. Victim advised that he was contacted by AT&T who stated that he had an account that was $517.00 overdue. He did not authorize the opening of this account.

 

090615-0021 Assault

Officer responded in regards to an assault that occurred at 5760 Stage at the National College. Victim stated that she was assaulted by another student at the college.

 

090615-0023 Theft of Motor Vehicle

Officer responded to Wolfchase Nissan at 2956 Germantown where a vehicle was stolen from the parking lot. The vehicle is valued at approximately $8995.00.

 

090615-0025 Fraud

Officer responded in regards to a fraud complaint. Victim advised that a Sprint account was opened in her name without her consent. She stated that $1044.15 was charged to this account.

 

090615-0035 Burglary (Aggravated)

Officer responded to Catalpa Hill in regards to the theft of a bicycle. Victim advised that someone entered his garage and stole his bicycle valued at $800.00.

 

090615-0037 Traffic

Officer stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Bartlett Rd. and Ferguson. Officer discovered her driver’s license to be suspended. She was issued a misdemeanor citation.

 

090616-0004 Traffic

Officer stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Stage and Sycamore View. Officer discovered his driver’s license to be suspended. He was issued a misdemeanor citation.

 

090616-0006 Theft of Property U/500

Officer responded to a shoplifting at 8110 Highway 64 at Circle K. A juvenile male entered the store and concealed $8.58 worth of merchandise in his pockets. Officer discovered the juvenile to also be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released to his parent on a juvenile summons.

 

090616-0007 Traffic

Officer stopped a subject for a traffic violation at Highway 70 and Whitten. Officer discovered his driver’s license to be suspended. He was issued a misdemeanor citation.

 

090616-0013 Harassment

Officer responded to Sycamore Hill in regards to a harassment. Victim advised that her juvenile daughter is being harassed by her ex-boyfriend.

 

090616-0014 Property Damage

Officer responded to 6241 Yale at Yale Road Park in regards to property damage. Victim stated that while she was at the park someone damaged the rear quarter panel of her vehicle causing approximately $500 in damage to the vehicle.

 

090616-0018 Burglary of an Auto

Officer responded in regards to an auto burglary. Victim stated that her .22cal Berretta pistol was missing from her vehicle. She believes it was taken while at the Serra Chevrolet being repaired. The gun was entered into NCIC.

 

090616-0020 Shoplifting

Officer responded to 8400 Highway 64 at Wal-Mart in regards to a shoplifter. Loss prevention’s Mike Lovell observed suspects collecting items from the ladies department. The collected items were concealed in a backpack. The pair exited the store with $64.96 worth of merchandise without attempting to pay for the items.

 

090616-0025 Traffic

Officer stopped  a subject or a traffic violation at Yale and Bartlett Blvd. Officer discovered her driver’s license to be suspended. She was issued a misdemeanor citation.

090617-0002 Traffic

Officer stopped a subject for a traffic violation. Officer discovered his driver’s license to be suspended. He was issued a misdemeanor citation.

 

090617-0006 Public Intoxication

Officers made contact with a subject while tending to a disabled vehicle. Officers determined him to be under the influence of an intoxicant in a public place.

 

090617-0008 Assault

Officers responded to 3030 Brunswick at the Varangon Academy in regards to an assault. Staff members advised that while trying to place one of the juvenile residents into timeout, the juvenile assaulted staff members. The juvenile was issued a misdemeanor citation and released to the Academy’s care.

 

090617-0011 Assault

Officer responded in regards to an assault that occurred at 8400 Highway 64 at Lowe’s. Victim advised that he was involved in a private property crash. While trying to take pictures of the damage, suspect began hitting victim to stop him from taking pictures with his cellular phone of the damage.

 

090617-0026 Public Intoxication

Officer made contact with a subject. Officer determined him to be under the influence of an intoxicant. He was transported to the Bartlett Criminal Justice Center.

 

090618-0003 Theft of Property O/500

Officer responded to 2855 Summer Oaks in regards to a theft. Victim advised that someone stole a checkbook from his business..

 

090618-0018 Theft of Property O/500

Officer responded to 5688 Woodlawn at Bartlett High School in regards to a theft. Complainant advised officer that six TV/DVD combos were stolen from the school property. The total value of the TV’s stolen is $2730.00.

 

090618-0019 Theft of Property  O/500

Officer responded to 5688 Woodlawn at Bartlett High School in regards to a theft. Victim advised that a laptop computer was stolen from her classroom. She was unsure of the time frame of when the laptop was stolen.

 

090618-0017 Vandalism O/500

Officer responded to Springtree in regards to a vandalism. Victim Brad advised that both of his vehicles parked in his driveway had been vandalized. Both vehicles had an estimated damage of $500.00.

 

090618-0028 Child Left Unattended in Vehicle

Officer responded to 5995 Stage at Kroger in regards to children being left unattended in a vehicle. Officers found three children left in a running vehicle with no adult supervision. The children’s mother was inside the store grocery shopping at the time. She was issued a misdemeanor citation.
