Offense Report Summary

03/14/11 – 03/20/11

1103140002- Vandalism- Officers responded to a home under construction located in the 5000 block of Foggy River in regards to a vandalism complaint. Upon arrival it was advised that unknown persons had turned on the homes water facets while plugging the drains. This resulted in extensive damage to the interior of the home.

1103140021- Vandalism- Officers responded to an alarm call at the Bartlett Animal Shelter. Upon arrival it was observed that someone had shattered the front door with an unknown object. There was no indication that the building was entered.

1103140022- Vandalism- Officers responded to a business lot located at 6600 Stage Road in reference to an auto burglary. Upon arrival it was learned that a vehicle had been entered via a shattered side window. No items were found missing at the time of report.

1103150008- Auto Burglary- Officers were called to a business lot at Hwy 64 and Germantown Road in regards to an auto burglary complaint. Upon arrival it was advised that someone had shattered a side window to a vehicle where the navigational radio was then taken.

1103160003- Vandalism- Officers were called to the area of  Barrycrest in reference to a vandalism complaint. It was reported that several vehicles parked on the road had been egged.

1103160021- Armed Robbery- Officers were dispatched to the Regions Bank located on Hwy 64 in regards to an armed robbery which had just occurred. Based on information provided on scene and further investigation the suspect responsible for this event was located and arrested.

1103170005- Theft- A business owner in the 2800 block of Shelby Street reported the theft of three pool pumps which had been kept behind the location.

1103170012- Auto Burglary- Officers were called to a business lot located in the 6200 block of Stage Road in regards to an auto burglary. The complainant reported finding her trunk open upon returning to her vehicle. It was also advised that the cash from her purse had been taken which had been left in the trunk.

1103180021- Burglary- Officers were called to a business located in the 3100 block of Stage Post in regards to a burglary complaint. Upon arrival it was advised that the front door to the business was shattered and the contents to the business cash register had been removed.

1103190011- Fraud- A complaint was filed by a victim who advised that they located approx $900.00 in fraudulent charges on one of their credit cards. The charges occurred over a three day period and ranged from Kentucky to Georgia.
