Offense Report Summary
Reports 09-05-11 to 09-08-11
On September 5, 2011 officers responded to the 2600 block of Charles Brian road regarding a lost purse. The victim stated while at Kroger on Stage road she lost her purse. Her credit cards and bank cards have not been compromised the report was for documentation purposes only.
On September 5, 2011 officers responded to the 3500 block of Wolf Spring regarding a found a property report. The complainant stated he located a lady's purse in his backyard along the fence line. The purse contained $1.89 in change and a few cosmetic and personal items but no identification. The purse was entered into property.
on September 6, 2011 officers responded to headquarters at 3730 Appling Rd. Officers spoke with the female complainant who lives on Goforth Way. Complainant stated while checking her statements online she noticed a charge at Walmart for $893 which was not approved. The complainant stated she believes someone took checks from her mailbox on August 29, 2011.
On September 6, 2011 officers responded to headquarters at 3730 Appling Rd. regarding a property damage complaint. The complainant stated his 2008 Nissan pathfinder was damaged by an unknown object on August 27. He stated he is unsure where the incident occurred but the rear bumper has a large puncture mark damage was estimated at $810. The complaint requested the incident be documented for insurance purposes.
On September 6, 2011 officers responded to the 2800 block of Bartlett Road regarding an auto burglary. the victim stated a pistol was stolen from his unlocked vehicle sometime between 10 AM and 8 PM on September 5, 2011. The complainant could not confirm if his weapon was stolen from Bartlett or Memphis. However, a report was filed for documentation.
On September 6, 2011 officers responded in the area of Blue Lagoon regarding a residential burglary. The complainant stated unknown persons entered her home while she was away. No signs of forced entry were apparent to the officers. The reported items stolen included two flat screen televisions and a DVD player.
On September 7, 2011 victim reported lost property at police headquarters. the victim stated while at the Fred's store on Stage Road she placed her wallet on the checkout counter and then left the store. Upon noticing that her wallet was missing, she returned to the store. The wallet was not located. Report was filed for information purposes.
On September 7, 2011 officers responded to 6525 Memphis Arlington Rd. regarding a property damage complaint. The victim stated her vehicle (which was a Nissan Maxima) was parked in the lot at 5985 Stage Rd. When she returned to her vehicle she observed a minor damage to the front passenger bumper consistent with another vehicle making contact.
September 8, 2011 a vandalism was reported in the 3300 block of Alfred Road. The complainant stated unknown persons struck his mailbox. There are no suspects at this time the mailbox was valued at $800.
On September 9, 2011 officers responded to the 3900 block of Oak Road regarding property damage. The complainant stated a tree branch fell on his son-in-law's truck. Officer observed damage to the hood roof and driver side of a Chevy Silverado.
September 8, 2011 a bicycle was reported stolen from the 2700 block of the Satellite Street the complainant stated a girl's Huffy Mountain bike valued at $75 was stolen the previous evening from the open car port at this address.
