Bartlett City Offices, the Bartlett Public Library, the Bartlett Performing Arts & Conference Center, the Bartlett Senior Center, Singleton Community Center and Bartlett Animal Shelter will be closed on Monday, January 20th in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Trash pick-up will be delayed one day, with Monday pick-up on Tuesday and Friday pick-up on Saturday. The Bartlett Recreation Center will be opened regular hours on Monday.
