REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
The City of Bartlett is soliciting written proposals, on a competitive basis from qualified companies or professionals to provide Janitorial Services for the Bartlett Public Library as per the detailed requirements.
A MANDATORY pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday December 2, 2020, at 8:30 a.m. (CST) to address your questions and provide additional information for this proposal. All interested respondents will be required to attend this meeting. The pre-proposal conference will be held at the Bartlett Public Library, 5884 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN 38134. If you plan to attend, you must provide a company name, representative and contact number via email to Debbie Cairncross, Purchasing Agent, at to confirm your attendance. A confirmation email will be returned with specific information concerning the conference. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal. NOTE: Mask will be required.
RFP responses are to be received no later than 4:00 P.M. on Friday, December 11, 2020. All packets, with an original and four copies must be labeled “FY2021-11-014 “JANITORIAL SERVICES – BARTLETT PUBLIC LIBRARY” and addressed as follows:
