Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the City of Bartlett’s Board of Mayor and Aldermen meetings will be held electronically during the month of October and follow T.C.A. 8-44-102; Governor Bill Lee’s Executive Order No. 60, extending Order No. 16 regarding the Tennessee Open Meetings Act, and will be broadcast live on the City’s Facebook page. To submit a comment to be read at the meeting, please email Penny Medlock at email@example.com and provide your name and address by Monday, 5 p.m. prior to the Tuesday meetings. Minutes and recordings will be posted within two days of the Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting.

Get ready for a new SPOOKtacular event! Join the Bartlett Parks & Recreation Department, in conjunction with the Bartlett Performing Arts & Conference Center for the best Halloween event around. The fun begins at the Bartlett Performing Arts & Conference Center on Thursday, October 29 from 6p – 8p. This is a fantastic alternative to door-to-door trick-or-treating, so put on your costume, pull up in your car and enjoy the views. Finish the drive thru with a bag of treats provided.
There is a small fee per car to participate. Register online. All participants must come in a vehicle; no walk-ups will be permitted. Participants must enter the parking lot from southbound Appling Road, then will be directed around the complex. A map and directions will be posted the week of the event.
