A New Weigh of L.I.F.E (Living in Freedom Everyday), is a 12 week holistic wellness program designed by Lifestyle and Wellness Coach, Certified Group Exercise Instructor and Celebrity Chef Almetria Turner with Fit and Finally Free, that focuses on weight loss, nutrition, exercise and your well-being.
Classes will be held once a week on Tuesdays for 90 minutes starting on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 5:30 pm. Classes will consist of an initial and final fitness assessment, weekly weigh ins, nutrition and wellness lectures, cooking demos and group exercise.
