The department also implements economic development policies of the City, maintains statistical data on development, and responds to inquiries on bringing new businesses to Bartlett.

Bartlett Station and Industrial Development Staff Support

The department provides staff support for the Bartlett Station Commission, including assistance with strategic and project planning for the Bartlett Station area including Tenant Incentive (PDF) awards and Facade Improvement (PDF) grants.

The department provides staff support for the Industrial Development Board, including analyzing and processing PILOT Applications (PDF) based on their PILOT Matrix score.
