- Saturday, October 4, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Make plans now to be a part of the 2025 Bartlett Festival on Friday evening, October 3 from 6 to 9:30 p.m. and on Saturday, October 4 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at W. J. Freeman Park located at 2629 Bartlett Boulevard

2025 Vendor Space: Vendor space for 2025 is SOLD out -we are not accepting anymore applicaitons. Cash, check or money order made out to City of Bartlett, are accepted for payment, sorry no credit / debit card payments
We are not taking anymore application for food vendors.
This fun-filled family event will kick-off on Friday evening with live musical entertainment starting at 6:00 p.m.
The Judge Freeman Marr Panther Pride 5k run will kick things off at 8:00 am on Saturday morning, followed by some great local music, arts & crafts, a car show, children’s activities, the awards for the MBN sanctioned BBQ cooking contest, concessions and much, much more. The perfect place to spend an autumn weekend.
The Freeman Marr 5K is for runners and walkers of all ages and experience levels. From the runner or walker looking to finish their first 5K to the avid runner looking for a new fun race. So make plans to come participate and support Bartlett High Girls Wrestling Team.

Handicap parking is available along Bartlett Blvd at the park entrance.

Car Show
Entry fee is $30 per vehicle the day of the show, with awards beginning at noon. You may also pre-register on the Mustang of Memphis website. This show is open to all makes and models of cars, trucks and motorcycles. There will be Sponsors Choice awards given by participating sponsors, a poker walk, 50/50 drawing, silent auction, music, and great food nearby. In addition, each entry will receive digital access to the professional photo taken of their vehicle.
All show vehicles must enter the park by turning off Stage Rd onto Bartlett Rd. and following the directional signs. You may no longer enter from Bartlett Blvd. Look for the car show signs and be mindful of festival pedestrians when entering.
Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 4, and make plans to come out and enjoy a great car show and wonderful fall festival with entertainment for the entire family! This event is hosted by Mustangs of Memphis.
