INVITATION FOR SEALED REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Bartlett is soliciting written requests for proposals, on a competitive basis, from qualified companies or professionals to provide Professional Golf Management Services.

Information and documents regarding this Request for Proposals are posted on the City’s website at www.cityofbartlett.org.

Sealed proposals are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, December 5, 2025.   All proposal packets (original and two copies) to be labeled “FY2026-10-012 PROFESSIONAL GOLF MANAGEMENT SERVICES” and addressed as follows:

Questions regarding general proposal information, project scope or specifications must be emailed to Steve Sones, CAO, at  and received no later than 5:00 pm (CST) on November 21, 2025. 

The City of Bartlett reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
