Assistant Chief Chip Webster is a long term resident of the City of Bartlett. He began his career with the City in 1995 when he joined Bartlett Fire Department as a volunteer firefighter. He worked with the Bartlett Parks department and then in 1998, he pursued his longtime aspiration of becoming a fire fighter and was hired full time with Bartlett Fire Department.
During his twenty-five year tenure with the fire department, he was promoted to Driver, held the ranks of both Fire Lieutenant, and Battalion Chief. In January of 2023, he was appointed as Assistant Fire Chief of the Bartlett Fire Department
It is his pleasure and passion to serve the citizens of Bartlett. He enjoys being a part of something bigger than himself and giving back to his employees and the community he loves with his service. He enjoys traveling, playing golf, any outdoor activities and spending time with his wife and three children.
