What is the Family Funds Donation Program?
In response to the critical needs of the Bartlett citizens, the Board of Mayor and Aldermen established a program to promote neighbors helping neighbors called Family Funds. The Family Funds program gives Bartlett's water customers the opportunity to add $1 or more to their monthly water bill to help a neighbor in need.

By adding $1 or more to your water bill, you can help prevent the termination of a cancer patient's water service or a family's electricity. The Family Assistance Commission oversees and distributes the money donated to the Family Funds program. The Commission's sole purpose is to identify Bartlett individuals and families whose health, safety, and general welfare are clearly in jeopardy and help those in need with finding the best assistance.
