Are there any restrictions on Neighborhood Notification Signs?
Signs are required to be professional in appearance and shall be a maximum of 2’ X 3’ in size with an overall maximum height of 4 feet when installed. Signs shall be a removable type of construction consisting of wire stands and corrugated plastic signage board. One sign may be placed at each entrance to the Neighborhood/Subdivision and shall be visible to residents as they leave the Neighborhood/Subdivision. Signs are required to be placed toward the interior of the Neighborhood/Subdivision and on the residence side of the sidewalk. Signs may be placed six (6) days prior to a scheduled meeting and are to be promptly removed after the completion of the scheduled meeting. The Neighborhood/Subdivision Association representative(s)shall be responsible for the installation, removal, and the maintenance of the signs.
