1. Can I arrive early for my event to decorate and setup?

Guests get access to their rental when scheduled time starts. Please ensure you allow enough time to setup, decorate and cleanup to the time you secure for your rental. NO early access is permitted.

2. How late can my rental go to?

Events must commence no later than 12am. 

3. Can I schedule a tour of the facility?

The building is shown Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, no appointment required.

4. When do I have to pay my full balance for my rental?

Two weeks prior to event the balance has to be paid in full.
