1. How much is the adoption fee?

The adoption fee is $86.00 for dogs and $80.00 for cats. The fee includes the spay or neuter, current vaccines, deworm, heartworm test (if age appropriate) or Felv/FIV test, microchip & registration, rabies tag and certificate.

2. How do I become a Volunteer?

You must attend a Volunteer Seminar and fill out a Waiver Form (see available documents) Volunteer seminars will be conducted three times a year.  Please contact the shelter for more information regarding dates and times for future orientation classes, or check the website for upcoming events.

3. Can I surrender my animal to the shelter?

Yes. You must provide proof you are a Bartlett Resident, have proof of all vaccines within the last 6 months, and pay a $25.00 surrender fee..

4. What are the shelter hours?

Monday thru Friday 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Sundays-Closed.

5. How do I get to the animal shelter?

5220 Shelter Run Lane: Beginning on Old Brownsville Road at Billy Maher, continue East towards Rivercrest Elementary School and the water tower, before the school, turn left onto Guffin Road, and take the second right on to Shelter Run Lane. See map
