Beer Board
Description
As set forth in City Ordinance 8-305, the Beer Board has the authority to regulate the selling, storing for sale, distributing for sale, and manufacturing of beer within the City of Bartlett. It further has the power to create reasonable rules and regulations for the conduct of its business and the enforcement of this chapter.
The Beer Board considers each new application to sell beer on or off-premises in the City of Bartlett. Additionally, if a permit holder violates the conditions of the permit and/or breaks a relevant state or local law regarding the sale of beer, the Beer Board will determine what civil penalty or fine, in any, will be imposed.
