Bartlett Library Advisory Board

Meets Quarterly (January, April, July, October) on the

4rd  Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m.

 

Purpose: 

To provide recommendations for Library policy development, offer community advocacy for Library services, and conduct fundraising activities for the Bartlett Library that coincide with the guidelines set by the City and the Bartlett Library as a subsidiary commission to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen.

 

Membership

The Bartlett Library Advisory Board consists of nine members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Aldermen. One member is the Bartlett Library Manager, one member is the Managed Services Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee, and seven members are Bartlett citizens whose names are submitted to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen by each alderman and the mayor.
