Bartlett YMCA Advisory Board

Meets Quarterly (January, April, July, October) on the

2nd Monday of the month at 6:00 p.m.

 

 

Purpose: 

To adopt policies and procedures for the use and management of the YMCA Bartlett

Center and review and recommend long range plans for the YMCA in the City of Bartlett and make recommendations to the City of Bartlett Board of Mayor and Aldermen.

 

Membership

The YMCA Advisory Board consists of nine members appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Board of Aldermen. One member is the City of Bartlett’s YMCA Executive Director and his/her designee, one member is the CEO of the YMCA or his/her designee, one member is the City of Bartlett’s Director of Parks and Recreation or his/her designee, and six members are Bartlett citizens whose names are submitted to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen by each alderman and the mayor.
