City-Wide Master Plan Update

The Parks and Recreation Department's new systemwide master plan was presented to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for adoption at the May 14, 2024 meeting and received unanimous support. This strategic planning document will serve as the GPS for directing the resources of the department for the next 10 years and will be regularly revisited on an annual basis to measure and track progress.
